- Payment: Payment can be made through bank transfer (IMPS or NEFT) or via UPI. The necessary details for the transaction will be provided at the time of booking.
- Driver Details: The details of the assigned driver, including their contact phone number, will be sent to you via WhatsApp one day prior to your journey.
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
- Late Cancellation Fee: For cancellations within 48 hours of the pickup time, a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- No-Show: If there is a no-show without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
- Darshan Ticket Refunds:In case of cancellation, please note that while we refund the car rental amount as per our policy, the cost for any booked darshan tickets is non-refundable, adhering to the temple authorities’ regulations.
- Modification Timing: Request changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Subject to Availability: Changes depend on the availability of the desired car type and rental period.
- Additional Charges: Modifications may incur extra charges, especially for upgrades or extended rental periods.
- Eligibility: Refunds apply to cancellations that meet our policy criteria.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Method of Refund: The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
