- Driver Details: The details of the assigned driver, including their contact phone number, will be sent to you via WhatsApp one day prior to your journey.
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
- Late Cancellation Fee: For cancellations within 48 hours of the pickup time, a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- No-Show: If there is a no-show without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
- Darshan Ticket Refunds:In case of cancellation, please note that while we refund the car rental amount as per our policy, the cost for any booked darshan tickets is non-refundable, adhering to the temple authorities’ regulations.
- Modification Timing: Request changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
